This new system is centered around an high accuracy 2.4 meter fiberglass dish designed for offset feed which eliminates shadowing by the feed system and yields maximum aperture for the dish size. It includes mounting pedestal, Ku band feed horn system, will all supports, and a dish and feed horn de-iceing system. Though the system is configured for fixed position mounting, based on the current design, it would require minimum engineering to configure alt./az. steering capabilities using commonly available components.

This is a rugged, commercial, one piece dish assembly which is suitable for virtually any environmental exposure. Thus, it must be delivered via motor freight, or picked up in Va. Beach, VA.
